allows you to customize your own granola and with no added oil,
not only is this tastier than store bought brands, but healthier
as well!
|
- 3 cups of oats
- 1/3-1/2 cup honey

choice
- 1 cup dried fruit
- raisins, apricots, etc.

honey you use. Add the nuts and other special ingredients, but
leave out fruit.

on a greased baking sheet (preferably with sides), until golden-brown,
stirring oats every 5-10 minues. Depending on style of oats ,
cooking time will vary between 15-40 minutes.
-
- When finished baking,
add dried fruit. Allow to cool and store in an airtight container.
Enjoy!
-
- Makes 6-8 servings.
