SuperMarket Update #33--3/16/01

I have received a lot
of feedback this week, in addition to subscribers and I am pleased
to announce we are up to 20 subscriptions! With a little more
than two weeks remaining, we have 30 additional subscriptions
available. Any assistance in passing our project on would be
much appreciated.
I have created a new page
on the web site to house some of the questions we have received.

I will continue to add the comments that come in and organize
it a bit more, but I wanted to have more detailed information
available to folks when they came online to check out the project.
In addition to web changes,
I would like to announce the addition to the Rural Coalition
staff of Liz Clasen. Liz is a Hunger Fellow and will be with
us until August. Liz will be instrumental in the collection of
stories, histories and materials for the monthly subscriptions
and has already begun her first rounds of interviews and conversations.
Welcome to the team, Liz!
If you have a chance to check
it out the new page and find something lacking, please let me
know at rbond@ruralco.org
and I will add your questions. And I have fielded a few phone
calls lately, which has really given me an opportunity to expand
on what we hope to accomplish through this program. So I would
love to hear from you!
